As a Field Application Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' success through resolving technical issues and driving the growth of our business.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategise and ensure the forecasted sales targets, revenue, profit margin and payment collections are achieved.
Develop new key clients, manage existing clients and foster strong relationships to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, organize localised marketing campaigns to create leads.
Lead the engagement of existing and potential clients and stakeholders (owners, partners, banks, government bodies, etc) to win new business, and grow existing customer accounts.
Provide a continuous target improvement focus, sales cadence on pipeline creation, forecasting and market expertise to the business.
Ensure accurate and timely submission in CRM for quotation, sales forecast, delivery/backlog, inventory, collection and expense reports.
Collaborate with global sales and technical teams in region or China to provide support for local clients.
Comply with Wiseasy’s policies and procedures to commit to honest and ethical business conduct.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Commerce, Business, or related field.
At least 5 years relevant working experience in sales and account management in a global company, preferably in digital payments or mobile industry.
Open-minded, positive working attitude, able to multi-task.
Independent, pro-active and taking ownership and accountability for assignments.
Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
Experienced working cross-functionally in a global, culturally diverse team
Analytical, strong organizational skills and with strong commercial acumen.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
Proficient in English, knowledge in Spanish or Chinese is an added advantage.
Traveling will be required.
